DaShawn Usher, a prominent figure in LGBTQIA+ advocacy and the Senior Director of Communities of Color and Media at GLAAD, stands as a beacon of empowerment and resilience. Raised in the vibrant community of the South Bronx, Usher’s journey embodies the strength found in embracing individual differences for collective empowerment.

Miss Major, a legendary transgender activist, has dedicated her life to fighting for the rights of transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals. Her tireless efforts have paved the way for progress, and her message resonates with a call for unity and understanding, particularly among the younger generation.

Raquel Willis, an acclaimed writer, and activist, represents the intersectional spirit of advocacy, championing the rights of marginalized communities with unwavering determination. As a trans woman of color, Willis’s journey serves as a testament to the power of resilience and self-affirmation in the face of adversity.
