Côte d’Azur Lou Queernaval

The HomoCulture Tour is heading to France’s Côte d’Azur, with time in Cannes, Antibes Juan-les-Pins, and Nice—three stops that capture the Riviera mood in totally different ways. Cannes brings that polished, red-carpet glamour, Antibes serves up old-town charm and easy coastal beauty, and Juan-les-Pins is all about beachy, sun-soaked energy. Then there’s Nice, where palm-lined streets, markets, and that endless blue backdrop make every stroll feel like a scene you want to live in—and photograph.

We’ll be in Nice during the legendary Nice Carnival, when the city becomes a full-on spectacle of parades, costumes, music, and pure Riviera theatre. Inside that bigger celebration is Lou Queernaval, a special event that brings queer energy front and centre—and proudly holds the title of France’s first gay carnival. It’s the perfect kind of night to be in the mix: bold, playful, and unmistakably Nice, with just the right amount of mischief in the air.
