You have avoided Chipotle all day because the guy you are going to hook up with has told that he would like to come over tonight. All day you have been carefully planning everything you eat and drink, and thinking about how you are going to prepare yourself so you completely clean. Gay men have been brainwashed into thinking that our butts need to smell like flowers for a top to be interested.
Don’t you think gay men require it? Well, then why does this article explain that douching is something most people doand even condone it by stating that you will learn how to do it better and develop douche preferences? And no, we don’t mean the ex that you just cannot live without – we mean anal douching to clean out your butt.
Douching is here to stay. If you are going to hook up, then there is a good chance it will be expected. But does that mean it is right or okay?
There shouldn’t be any consequences to douching – but it doesn’t mean that there aren’t. Douching can be done in ways that are safe and dangerous. It is extremely important to avoid rectal problems- so here is a list of what you should be on the lookout for as you’re douching.

1. Understand Your Body
It’s important to understand that our bodies have a natural balance of electrolytes. When you douche with tap water instead of purchasing a douche at the store – it could cause your body to have an electrolyte imbalance that wouldn’t be too pleasant for you in the long run.
2. Use the Right Kind of Douche
There are many types of douches out there. It can be hard to know which is best for you. However, you should always follow one basic rule. Do what feels good inside of you. These are the most common types of douches. Make sure you read to the end to understand each type thoroughly. We recommend reading to the end because there are some unexpected options, and here is a hint – not all douches are made with hygiene in mind.
3. Douching Has Side Effects
Never risk putting yourself in danger because someone wants your booty to smell fruity. Rectal douching is risky behaviour, according to some studies. Also, if you are douching with something like a shower hose, it could lead to infections and transmission of incurable diseases, such as HIV. Although this is unlikely, it’s better to know about it so you can keep yourself safe.
What do you think of anal douching? Is it right for you? Do you feel that we have all been brainwashed into thinking it is necessary? Better yet, what do you do as a top? Are you on the side that requires a man to douche, or are you cool with the natural scent of the coveted body part that keeps our community running smoothly and under control – AKA the BUSSY.
We think that anything can be bad if done too much or improperly. When it’s all said and done, it’s your body and your choice. We just want to let you know how to douche appropriately to be safe and free from danger – and that starts with knowing the risks associated with douching.

So, I’d have way more sex with my husband if he told me that he didn’t care how cleaned out I was.

My partner doesn’t care how clean I am, but I do… if there’s anything extra it ruins my mood so quickly. If I’m cleaned out I have no worries and will bottom for hours.
